Nominal is an agentic AI platform that runs accounting and financial close workflows using deterministic AI agents. It automates the month-end/quarter-end close through agents for account and bank reconciliation, transaction matching across ledgers/entities/systems, flux/variance analysis, trigger monitoring of financial data in real time, intercompany workflows (balance/resolve/settlement), consolidation, reporting and journal entries.
